Moda is an R package that provides functions for modelling and solving multi-objective optimisation problems under uncertainty through Monte-Carlo simulation and Pareto-based optimisation. It also computes the expected value of total perfect information and partial perfect information.
Moda was developped to support our method for software requirements and architecture decisions described in

Install and load the package in R, then run help(moda) for an overview of its main functions.
At the moment, the simplest way to learn how to use moda is to rerun the examples from the ICSE 2014 paper. The R scripts are located under /inst/examples/ICSE14 in the package sources.
